The pathetic puppet non-president of a police non-state

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Saturday cautiously welcomed a French proposal to convene Israeli and Palestinian negotiators in Paris to try to renew collapsed peace talks. Mahmoud Abbas is incapable of doing anything useful. He's made clear on several occasions that he wants to negotiate with Israel and only complains that Netanyahu making him look too bad to do it.
