Hamas on the verge of liberating Palestine

"The details released Monday indicate that Hamas has a well-developed missile industry." Oh yeah right. Israel has been periodically claiming for years that Hamas has just vastly expanded its military capabilities despite all the evidence indicating that they're as ineffective as ever. It claimed similar things in 2006, 2007 and 2008 up until the Gaza Massacre when all these well-armed prepared Hamas fighters somehow failed to materialise not even fighting a single battle in the 22 days.
