Iranian humour

A senior Iranian lawmaker says Iran's Majlis (parliament) is ready to send a group of human rights rapporteurs to the UK to investigate human rights violations in the country. This is how whenever some incident or election happens in the Middle East or much of the Third World the Western powers feel the need to send 'observers' to make sure everything's going how it should be. I'd love it if in the next general election the Iranian regime sends some monitors to Britain to walk around polling stations with their arms folded checking everyone knows how to put a tick in a box properly.
